2018 Sale Results
Our third Helmsman Auction of Yearling Bulls was conducted by Michael Glasser and the team at GTSM on Wednesday the 11th April. Buyers came from NSW, Tasmania and all regions of Victoria to purchase bulls to a top of $7500 twice, with an average of $4,200. Continue reading
2017 Sale Results
On Wednesday the 12th April a very even line up of Quality Assured Yearling Bulls went up for Auction at Riga Angus. A very spirited Helmsman Auction, lasting just over an hour was conducted by Michael Glasser of GTSM. 31 of the 36, 12-13 month old bulls offered were sold for an average of $4715, to a top of $7250. 2016 MLA Bred Well Fed Well Workshop
A FREE hands-on workshop about breeding and feeding to make more money, topics include:
- Breeding better heifers/cows
- Improving heifer/cow nutrition
- Developing a breeding goal
- Using EBVs in bull selection
2016 Inaugural Yearling Bull Sale
Riga Angus will be having their first on-property bull sale on Friday April 15th at 1:00 pm.
Bulls will be available for inspection from 10 am on sale day or prior by appointment.
